I’ve loved making the discovery that all of this breadcrumb padding out stuff really is nonsense. Truth be told, so many things seem to taste much better when they are kept simple. So, buying some good quality, hormone free, lean turkey mince, adding some fresh herbs and shaping the mix into burgers and popping them on the grill for a meal that the whole family loves, is as good as it gets.
Ingredients
1lb Turkey mince
3 Salad onions, finely chopped
Handful of Italian flat leafed parsley, finely chopped
Black pepper, to taste
Olive oil to baste
How to make
This is as easy and as tasty as it gets:
1. Mix all of the ingredients
2. Shape into 4 burgers
3. Brush with olive oil and pop on the BBQ
4. Enjoy with gluten free ketchup
